Born in Pembrokeshire, Wales, UK, Nicholas has charted an illustrious path as an educational teacher and school leader, with demonstrated success in schools in Kenya, Kuwait, China, Spain, Italy, Thailand, India, Singapore, and now Malaysia.

Nicholas’s academic achievements resonate deeply, boasting a PhD, an MA in English Language Teaching (ELT), and an MA in Educational Leadership and Management. In addition, he holds a first degree in Music and is a UK qualified teacher (PGCE).

Beyond education, his greatest passion is music. He has a strong music background, playing multiple instruments and earning accolades as a composer and performer. Notably, Dr. Duggan's musical talents have led to performances with luminaries like Tom Jones, Dame Vera Lynn, and for State and Public events for HRH Queen Elizabeth II and other dignitaries.
