  • Despite studying through large parts of the pandemic, Annabelle’s results are nothing short of incredible and the whole of Repton International School is incredibly proud of her. Annabelle received several offers to study at top UK universities last year, but, following her fantastic A Level results, has decided to reapply to a different set of universities. She is currently awaiting responses from University of Edinburgh, Imperial College London, King's College London and UCL.

Emma Sheldon, Pupil Coordinator, asked Annabelle how she felt when she found out about winning the awards:

“I was definitely taken by surprise when I received the call from my teacher congratulating me on my achievements. But at the same time, I was proud of myself and what I have accomplished. I am extremely honoured to receive these awards as these are recognitions of my hard work and dedication over the past two years. My journey during this unprecedented time was not an easy one, but I'm really glad I pulled through and persevered.

I am blessed to be able to share this joyous moment with my parents, my Economics teacher, Mr Henryk, and Mr Mannan, who attended the awards ceremony with me. Winning these awards would not have been possible without the continuous support I have received from my teachers, friends and family, to whom I extend my heartfelt gratitude.”
